Car Raffle: 2017 Ford Mustang

HTS will once again raffle off a new 2017 Red Ford Mustang. The raffle will begin on Thu, Jun 1 and tickets will be sold through Sat, Sep 9. The winner will be drawn at the Robinson Township Autumn Festival on Sep 9.

This fundraiser is an excellent way to earn both volunteer hours and fundraising dollars. The family who is volunteering at the booth will receive credit for tickets sold during the time they work. The only exception to this is if the buyer chooses to give credit to a school family.

Car Raffle tickets will sell for $20.00 each and each family will be receiving 5 tickets to sell. You will earn $10.00 credit for on each ticket sold toward the next year's assessment. All stubs and money must be returned by Thu, Sep 7. We hope everyone will sell all 5 of their tickets this year, but if for some reason you can't sell all 5 of your tickets please return any unsold tickets as soon as you can. Please join us in making this year the best car raffle ever!

You can volunteer to work the car booth at the school by following these 3 easy steps. It will be different this year, we will be sending out the Volunteer Spot link on a monthly basis so the link will change each month so be sure to check your emails for the new monthly sign up link. You will only be able to sign up for one month at a time. Also, festival dates will not be included in the car raffle sign ups. Those festival dates will be listed on the volunteer signups for the Festival and will be treated as a Festival booth. You will get volunteer hours but you will not be able to earn fundraising credit during the festival.

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in PR to help market this fundraiser.

Please remember it is important that once you sign up you show up to work or find someone to take your place, however if you have to absolutely cancel simply log on to the site and click on the cancel button. This will notify Mrs. Lugaila and she will notify the office so that we can send out a web blast to try to fill your spot. It is important we have coverage at all times in the booth.
