Holy Trinity Catholic School is in need of volunteers

We will be selling every other weekend. It only takes
15 minutes of your time and we are only selling about
10 scrip categories so it is an easy process.
Please consider signing up to sell. This is also a great
way to buy those SCRIP cards so that you can use them
for your weekend shopping!

Looking for Cafeteria Volunteers
I hope everyone is enjoying the rest of their summer
vacation. But it is that time of year again for school
to start. The cafeteria is looking for volunteers to
come in to help prepare and serve lunches to the students.
All the cafeteria hours will go to the big 35 hours
in which we need for the school year. The times are
from 10:00 to 12:30 everyday. We need at least 4 volunteers
to run the line efficiently.
The following list is what is needed to be done by 11:00
to serve lunches to the children.
1. Help chop and cut items.
2. Help put things on trays to cook.
3. Help make things like: Mashed potatoes, gravy, etc.
4. Get fruit and other items into containers.
5. Wipe down the tables before and in between
lunches.
6. Help serve lunches to the children.
7. Be the counter and keep kids in line.
Anyone that has some extra time to help out please contact
Kristin DeLisio either by calling 724-695-2739 or emailing
krisd98@verizon.net. Please indicate what day or days
you are able to help with. If there is a day you want
to work every week or just monthly please let me know.

CAFETERIA HELP
|
We are always in need of volunteers for
the cafeteria. Volunteers arrive at @10:15 am to prepare
for the lunches. This involves wiping the tables, setting
up the serving line, and light food preparation such as
washing and slicing fruit, making sandwiches, etc. The
heavy cooking is done by Angela and Kristin. Volunteers
are simply there to assist them in light duties. Departure
time is @12:15.
We need 4 volunteers per day in order for the line
to run efficiently. By having 4 volunteers, we avoid
having a long wait for the children to be served. The
sooner that the children get their food, and sit down
to eat, the sooner they are dismissed for recess and
we all know how important that is to the students.
Please consider donating your time. Grandparents are
welcome! Please contact Angie Peponidis at 724-695-0235
or by email, angelapep@comcast.net.
